About Thoodle and it's creator

Thoodle is a Woot notifier that helps people know what is on Woot, Woot Shirt, and Woot Wine. It does this by delivering e-mails or text messages to you every evening when Woot updates their products.

Next, let me introduce myself. The name is Adam and I am a web developer. Like most of the people who are using this website, I surf around the web looking for cool tools to help organize the information that I want to learn about each day. It always starts with a Google search and can go many places from there. I tried out tools that were in the same category as this and none of them included all three Woot products or the system no longer worked. I try not to re-invent the wheel, but in this case I felt it was necessary.

Enter Thoodle. Don't ask me how I came up with the name. Ok, I will tell you. I basically spent five minutes at a domain checker and typed in short words that I thought sounded cool. Enter Thoodle. So now, I have this domain name and an idea. The first iteration of the site had no front end because I got lazy. It was a database application that ran on my server e-mailing my friends and family the Woot products for the day. Demand was high, and I was in need of a hobby, and then the Thoodle website was born.
